Challenges, Opportunities and Partnership


The conference, held 10-11 October 2009, focused on the challenges faced by women working in media. The delegates discussed opportunities available to them in this context and explored potential partnership that could be formed within the women working in South Asian Media. SAWM’s memorandum of association was finalized during this conference and elections of Regional Executive Body office bearers were also held.
